1. What are the benefits that I will enjoy through the launch of the integrated Visibility Reports?
You will get one unified report and enjoy the same, consistent reporting format - regardless of distribution circuit – to make it easier to analyze the global performance of your press releases. Previously, customers would receive ReleaseWatch Reports when sending releases to most APAC locations and/or Visibility Reports when distributing to non-APAC locations. In addition, you will receive access to new features such as earned media pickup.

 

2. When will the integrated Visibility Reports be launched?
Customers will be able to start using the integrated Visibility Reports from 1 Dec, 2020 onwards.

 

3. Can I request to migrate to integrated Visibility Reports as soon as possible?
Please contact Customer Relations team.

 

4. Which distribution circuits are not covered by the Integrated Visibility Reports?
Distribution circuits that receive manual email reports will not be covered, including Turkish for Turkey, Hindi for India.

 

5. Can I continue to see historical Visibility Reports and ReleaseWatch Reports?
Yes. Reports sent prior to 1 Dec, 2020 may still be viewed.  Please access the reports via your Portal account or reporting notification emails.
